Satoshi Tajiri Not Dead!

Twitter rumors started, soon after the Japan Earthquake/Tsunami, stating that Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokemon had died during the tragic events in Japan.

Nintendo soon jumped in, and thrashed the rumors, stating that "Satoshi Tajiri and the other pokemon team staff are safe and at home or with family".
It is sad that people would start such rumors in the wake of this terrible disaster.

I'm so happy that he is alive!
If he had died in the earthquake...
...Pokemon would go the way of Sonic the hedgehog!

The hell does that mean berry?! and that is great news

What I mean is sonic sucks now that it changed hands.
If pokemon ever gets picked up by a different production company I believe the same thing will happen.
