Gyrados was just small enough to fit in a 32x32 square.
Steelix is easily twice the size of Gyrados.

It's freezing in my basement bedroom even if it is like 80 degrees outside so my hands are like icicles.
n_n I'll be adding more as I'm able.
Luckily generation two has like half as many pokemon as generation one. With the exception of the unknown. (I will be including them)

Some things I don't get.

1)Togepi was in Gen 1, but was not in the dex. Same for Weavile in Gen 3 but Gen 4 dex.

First note
Togepi was not in the "origional" generation one
you are referring to the television show which spurred Togepi's involvement in fire red and leaf green.

Weavile is in the gen 4 pokedex you just need to get the international Dex!
