Any sprite you want n_n It goes in the empty layer.
Think of the top and bottom layers as the bread in the sandwich.

It's a foolproof generator.

I pulled em out in 15 minutes
The birds were fun to do.

Edit: Potted Plants added!
The pom pom plant comes with two different variations.
Raised, and level.
You figure out which is which.

I have added three seasonal variations of potted Kuponut trees n_n
Perhaps Notte can make use of them.
The top three are fall/winter/ late summer
the second row is spring
the third row is early summer.

The potted plants look much better without all the flowers on them....it looks nice and clean...

The Pokemon Banner is good, but there are some things you could do to it:

Make it smaller
Recolor the Ho-oh to match the banner
And add shading like Xiie said.
